A nightguard is a custom-made oral appliance crafted from dental materials. It is primarily used to prevent and alleviate oral and systemic issues caused by sleep bruxism (unconscious grinding or clenching of the upper and lower teeth during sleep), and it is a commonly used and effective clinical method for managing bruxism.
1. Protecting dental hard tissues: It directly isolates the direct friction between the upper and lower teeth, preventing excessive tooth wear, wedge-shaped defects, cracked teeth, and even tooth fractures. It is particularly effective in preventing the aggravation of existing tooth defects in patients.
2. Reducing periodontal burden: It decreases the traction of excessive occlusal force on periodontal tissues during bruxism, lowering the risk of periodontal membrane damage, gingival recession, or tooth loosening.
3. Relieving muscle fatigue: By dispersing occlusal force, it relaxes masticatory muscles (such as the masseter and temporalis), alleviating muscle tension, soreness, and even headaches or mandibular joint pain (common symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome) caused by long-term bruxism.

*How to start?
1. Write an order lab sheet, fill it with detailed instructions.
2. Please prepare the following items before sending the case:
a. Order Form
b. Impression Tray for working model
c. Opposite model
d. Bite registration (if necessary)
e. Pls included all implant parts if the case is the implant.
then print your commercial invoice for customs and an air way bill ( provided by your shipping courier company like Fedex )for shipping.
*Turnaround Time:

*Packaging:
Mainly packed by carton or other common security package,we insist use PE bag package for each single items,plastic box with foam inside,Carton box outside.
